HRFORMS is empty

Hi,

I want to copy a salary statement form from the standard in HRFORMS, but right now the list is empty.

We are using R/3 4.7.

hi I got this with SU53:

The following authorization object was checked:

Object P_HRF_INFO HR: Authorization Check Infodata Maintenance for HR Forms

Object class HR Human Resources

Field:Value

Activity:03

Country

Grouping:99

HR Forms: InfoNet

Name SAP_TIM_99_0002

Available authorizations for the object in the master record:

You are right in smartforms I can see the salary statement but I would like to have all the access to metafigures, infigures etc that you can see in HRFORMS.

Hi Marysol,

If the Object P_HRF_INFO for Activity '03' was checked in SU53, it means you do not have the required Authorization to display the forms. This might well be the reason, why you do not see any forms. Pl have this Object added to your profile and you should be good to go.

well, I saw the record in the table, they are there.

I unlocked them, but HRFORMS table still empty...

Its funny, I dont understand, I never have problems before...

Hi,

The only other thing I can think of is an Authorization issue.. Once in the Transaction HRFORMS, do an SU53 & see if the Auth Object P_HRF_INFO is checked..

I noticed that HRFORMS is empty for us as well. However, I can get to the forms that are in table THRFORMS_01 using the SMARTFORMS transaction. I think you should be able to copy it in there.

I always go to HRFORMS transaction and copy the standard form. I dont need to go to anywhere else. The PDF8 forms are not the ones I need. I need SAP_PAYSLIP to copy it.

Do you know how??

Hi ,

The delivered forms exist in the Table THRFORMS_01. If they are in there, they should show up in Tcode HRFORMS. May be they are all locked.. just guessing.. try if using the function module DEQUEUE_E_HRFORMS to unlock them would be of any help..

1. Are you using the TCode PDF8 to copy the standard form?

2. Did you check if the netiries are in T512P table?
