How to set Access Role to Cost Center Leader

Hi everyone,

in our SAP system, one Cost Center Leader can see all the Cost Centers of Cost Center Report in R3, even the Cost Centers which are not assigned to him.

So i would like to ask how can we set the Access Role for each Cost Center Leader, so they can see only the Cost Centers which they should see?
