Dear All,

may someone can help me 🙂

We are using the graphical view within demand planning. I want to switch into Design mode to change the graphical view, when I have done and save my changes and go back into Live Mode I get always the message "chart customizing in incorrect".

When I confirm the message the graphical view is always switching into a default graphical view.

The only way I can change the graphical view is via transaction /SAPAPO/SDP8B!

Does anybody know the reason? maybe which customizing should be missing?

In additin we have activated business function SCM_APO_DP_SNP_CTM (SCM-APO, Chart Usability (DP/SNP.

Hello, SAP Pilot note 1710045 (Chart customizing is incorrect) may help you if the problem occurs only in a Unicode system when you used free text in planning book definition to add some key figure description containing non-ASCII characters, such as umlaut. This note solved many problems from other customers. Check if you are using this. If yes, the note may be useful to you and you should open an incident to request access to this Pilot Note. BR. I forgot to mentioned that I´m already on EHP3; SPS8. So the the note isn'z valid for me.
