Installing/Dismantling notification for equipment

Hi Experts,

In my company different departments have different maintenance procedures and hence different sets of notification types.

Now I want to create 2 different notification types for 'installing/dismantling equipment' for 2 different departments.

I could not find anywhere the linkage of IE4N and this notification type. So every time start IE4N, notification type is already there (uneditable field).

Also, table tiweventnotif is storing only 1 value at a time. If I change the notification type under 'Determine properties for notifications for installing and Dismantling Parts', it just replaces the old value in the table and populates only new value.

Any guidance is appreciated.
