Payslip issue

Hi Experts ,

I have small issue in payslip as well as IT0008 , When I am Maintaining the Amount for Example

Rs 5000 system automatically takes 5.000,00 same is displaying in pay slip also Pay amount is deducting more Basis is 4827*12%= Rs 580 , but system deduct More Rs 811/ Pls help me what could be reason . Enclosed pls find the screen shot of payslip and IT0008for your reference .
