FIORI - Log Out Button not Activated in Mobile Phone

Hi Team,

When accessing Fiori via laptop the tiles are shown and there is a logout button top right. This button allows the user to log out.

BUT when run on phone the button exists but is not selectable. Hence the user cannot log out. Have been told that the same error occurs when using a tablet.

Can you please help me with service that needs to activate to resolve this issue or any other suggestion.
