Where can i find the bulk attachment of mails in SAP

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tellme that is there any location in OS or table in Database or report in SAP from where i can find the attachments of mails are stored.

I want to find all the attachments that are sent in september from mail.

Where are attachments of mails stored ???
