Differentiation Criteria - Securities

Dear Experts,

I'm performing portfolio transfer tpm82 and getting error message as below.

Question: If I complete the incomplete settings ( Assign differentiation at Sec Account level) is there any discrepancy for current positions (ID numbers).Because some one advice me that differentiation should be a one time activity always do changes before opening positions and after closing positions and shouldn't change any settings when there is a open positions.It will impact on complete data. Please find the below screen shots and provide your advice if I'm wrong or anything missed.
