Replace standard with Custom LaunchPad

Dear Experts

SAP Netweaver gateway is our fronend server. It comes with a standard LaunchPad. I don't want to use the standard LP. I have created my own custom launch pad. Please let me know what all configurations are required such that when the user logs in using the FIORI standard login page, he is taken to the custom LP instead of Standard LP

Can you share your business requirement - what is it that you require that the standard launchpad does not satisfy?

On the header of the launchpad, I want few links which enable below features on my website

Skip to main content:

This is mainly for people with disability. This enables their screen reader to skip the header and sometimes the navigation panel and skip to the main content area of the website.

Language toggle:

User should be able to toggle language from local to English and back to local anytime dudinrg his user experience on the website

Font re size and theme selection

Also company branding need to be done at the header level..for exmaple three logos to be put on the header...Basically complete code level changes to be done to give a new look to the standard launchpad's header area.
