BW reports data character set

Hi!

I have problem with reports in BW.

When our users of BW try to look up reports in BW information for customers names for example isn't showing correct in Excel.

Instead names of customer which are stored in the SAP system in Bulgarian character set is showing symbols ############ ###. So we can't read information in reports about what exactly is the customer.
