Ticket Hierarchy

Hi C4C Community,

I'm curious if anyone is using the Ticket Hierarchy view in their solution - so using sub-tickets to link issues vs. related items & follow-up.

Also more specifically, it seems that the sub/child tickets can be easily identified, but not the reverse. Has anyone had a chance to experience this?

Would appreciate any comments/feedback or related questions to the issue.
