Trex_02 console Hang

Hi All,

A have installed TREX server 6.1.15. After post installation steps I opened TREX_02 console. I ran runInstallationTest.py . It got hang . In file TrexNameServerAlert.trc I found the following lines :

[01920] 2006-02-21 16:00:21.109 e Service TrexService.cpp(02729) : <b>main loop threw unexpected exception</b>

Please help.

I have upgrade to sp15 patch 1 . Still it is giving same error <b>main loop threw unexpected exception</b> . Is there any way to see what the exception is ?

Thanks for ur reply.

Server is now started. I have changed user account for service. Earlier I was using administrator user. Also given modify permission to newly created user for trex root directory.

Now When I start Trex Administration console it it giving error:

shared memory not initialized. retry in 5 sec ...

shared memory not initialized after 10 retries (state=Init). disabling shared me

After that console opens.

I think I need to post another question for this.
