how can we import Excel to SAP?

I am new in SAP and need  to add many informotion from Excel.

haw can i import an Excel file into SAP.
for EX :
i want to use Mi10 can i upload the information direct from Excel to SAP and don't doing that manually.

Please advise me on the steps I should follow
