Sales unit determination

Dear experts,

I need to know how the determination rule Organizational Unit from Org Model if only One Suitable Functional Unit Exits for Sales Unit in Sales documents like Leads or Opportunities works. My tests did get me any useful results, nor couldn't I find any information in SAP Guides.

Ultimately i need to set the the owner's Sales unit as the sales unit of the sales document. Unfortunately this can t be done by the other determination rules like Account's sales data, responsibility "sales unit for sales" or functional organization unit of sales employee.
