How to get an ack of an IDOC ....

Hi everyone.

I have an scenario where i send an IDOC that generates a financial document.

I must return this value in order to send an email to a customer.

I have implemented the sending of the IDOC but don't know how to implement the ack of it with the number of the financial document.
