IT 2010 to be updated automatically

Hello Experts,

Client want IT 2010  to be updated automatically.

and wants the data to be fetched from IT2005, IT2007, IT2011.

They have for 3 Payroll Area (P2, P4 and P5)

-How to Map the fields for each Infotype, because the WageType will be displayed in IT2010 (and they want IT2010 to be automatically updated.)

Positive Time Evaluation is used

What is the information they would like to update in IT2010?

If you using positive time management then after querying the end time of the daily work schedule you are calculating the overtime and passing the value to time wage type. And client want's same would be updated to IT2010. Am I correct?

If yes then you would not be checked overtime in your time evaluation processing else at the time of time data transfer to TEVEN table(IT2011). You will be schedule one job every day to check the end time in P20 in IT2011 and then compare with DWS end time and excess hours will be passed to IT2010 against wage type. This will be handle custom program.

IT 2010 is not processed or created in time eval irrespective of +ve or -ve.  It is entered manually or created through a user program and processed in Payroll - sub schema XT00 or similar one of your molga - function P2010 using a PCR. 

If you want to use a user program, specify the complete requirements and pass it on to a developer to create/test a program.  The program may be run through a batch job scheduled to be run daily overnight.

You can use time eval to generate a time w/t based on the infotypes you have stated using PCR's to check if OT is payable for the number of ordinary hrs in IT 2011 beyond a target for a day or for a certain period like week, month or pay period, or based on the OT hrs in IT 2005; if the quota is available in IT 2007 to pay OT.

OT can be generated using V_T510S or through a PCR for required no.of OT hrs.  The OT w/t generated depends on the extra percentage to be paid for the OT.  For example, OT on a week day may be at 25%, on Saturday at 50%, on Sunday or Public Holiday at 100%; this depends on the company's rules.  It may also depend on the employee group, the area where the employee works - e.g., CBD, or remote location, etc.
