Hi Friends,

SAP B1 is very slow on the server and as well as client I checked all the possibilty but still same issue.

Test database is working fine but live we have slow login issue.

I checked the below checklist as per below.

1. firewell (No issue)

2. Network (No issue)

3. Disconnected the all user (But same issue)

Please advise me soon.

Hi

check the alarms and the messages. If this number is large, the information load proccess can delay the login.

Check if the server have several network cards.

Kind regards

Agustín

Hi Ganesh Prasad

Please Check following points.

1) Is the test database running on same server as Production Database?

2) Are all the hardware requirements met as per recommendation's?

3) Is server free of any type of malware and viruses?

4) Did the problem came suddenly or it is a new installation?

5) Check the memory setting of the SQL server. Is enough memory allocated to SQL Server?

In addition check below link

If none of above solves the problem log support ticket.
