SAP Systemwide slowdown when web orders are being pushed to sap.

Good day,

We have a client that is having an issue with Severe SAP slowdowns on the client side when data is being pushed into SAP via their web order integration. We've noticed that the web server will be pushing large amounts of data into SAP, SAP on the client side becomes very slow or unresponsive. Once the data flow slows down the client become responsive again.

Here is my question. On server 2008 is the SAP server utilizing 32 bit or 64 bit?

u will need to find urself, if server is 2008 64 bit, then u can check if the SQL is using 64bit.
