Hello Yoppie,
In the installation checklist, we can see that the instance was already started. Ift might be that the instance could not start but as the error is complainning specifically about RFC comms with the instance, you should check whethe the sap gateway is up and running and also whether it has bound the port 33<instance_number> correcly.
You can check this thorugh OS level and also at the gateway trace file "dev_rd".

It´s not an error. It´s a info message. Press OK.
You can also, login in the OS with "SIDadm" and do STARTSAP.
