Hi Mohammad,

What version of Crystal Reports do you use - legacy CR Designer or the new CR for Enterprise Designer?

CR for Enterprise reports use 64-bit services (ConnectionServer) hence needs a 64-bit DSN.

CR (legacy) reports still use 32-bit connections and hence need ConnectionServer32 to be up and running.
