I get this error in the /sapapo/cq. There is a queue which gets blocked almost very frequently. Material not maintained in plant 0001. Actually plant 0001 is not defined for the particular material. The master data also didn't seem to have any inconsistency. In the particular plant 0001, there are no materials maintained. Kindly help me with the issue.

Hi Gurus,

I checked the IM for the particular plant, there are no materials maintained in the plant.. i checked the MARC table for the particulat plant but no materials are maintained for the plant in ECC. But i can see the plant in OX10 transaction. i don't really have a clue as to why a plant is maintained without any material in it. What could be the reason to do so? Now will it be wise to remove this plant from the IM?Kindly help..

Thanks & Regards,

Sandeep

Hello,

0001 and 0002 SAP sample  plants which are use as reference to create new plants and dependent configuration.

Check in /SAPAPO/LOC3 if plant 0001 is there is APO system. If it is there active the deletion flag and delete it.

Also heck CFM5 for 0001 plant IM if it there remove the plant 0001 from that IM.

Dear Gurus,

We found that there is no dependency for the plant 0001. So we have decided to remove it from the IM. Since i have done this before, kindly help me with the steps to remove this plant from the IM and the subsequent steps that should be done..Thanks everyone for the help!

Sandeep,

If you followed expert Rupesh's advice, you now have a list of all the IMs that contain any filter objects that refer to 0001.

Recreate each of these IMs using CFM1.  During the creation, in the selection criteria, exclude 0001.

Activate the newly created IMs using CFM2.  Each of these new IMs will now be free of 0001 filter objects.

Optionally, delete the old deactivated IMs using CFM7.

Now, run //CCR in SCM.  Delete all transactional data that are not in any active Integration model.

Optionally, run WUF in SCM against location 0001.  Delete any Master Data that may exist.

Hi Sandeep,

Please check the generated integration model (click on details). Normally you will see the material for plant 0001 in the model. Follow the steps described by expert Dogboy.

If you can't find any issue you can exclude the material from the initial selection. However this solution it's not the correct one but can help you till you will be able to find the issue.

Thanks,

Sandeep,

You should never delete a blocked queue without first knowing why the blocked queue exists.

Next time you see the error, open the queue and review the contents.  From the name of the queue, it appears that this queue is related to purchasing data.  I suspect you have some purchasing master data that is calling for this material as a source of supply in 0001 plant.  Check your Purchase Info Records, Scheduling Agreements, Contracts.  These IMs typically are created with the Destination plant in mind, and the source plant is inferred.  You may have to do a little digging in ECC to find the guilty record.

Hello,

Deactivate and reactivate the Integration Model for Material Master Data which contains the affected Material;

Execute report RIMODINI (initial load) for the Integration Model for Material Master Data which contains the affected Material;

Run report RAPOKZFX Correct Inconsistencies if any.

Hi Sandeep

I think we require to understand the selections picked in the integration model to find more details.

We require to see if we have any dependencies. Might be because of any dependcies you are getting the respective CIF error. It could be due to some master data it is trying to build the relation with Plant 001. You can check BOMs or Purchase info records or source list of this article in ECC.

Thanks

Hi Sandeep

Try to see if you can remove respective plant i.e.0001 from the integration model and then again re-trigger the models. You can first delete all the Ques and make sure everything is cleaned.

Thanks

Hi Amol,

Thanks for the advice. I have been deleting the queues whenever this issue comes, but i wanted to know the root cause of the issue.
