Font Size on the Home Page in SRM

Dear SRM Gurus,

we are in classic sceanrios in SRM 4.0 version

When we login into SRM the Home Page display the Menu

Shop Check Status Approval Confirm Goods/Service.

Below each Menu there is some text written like below shop we have " You can select Goods and Services"

1 Now I want to change the font size of the text .

2 How do I add some new Text to the existing Text.
