Hi All,
We are implementing SRM Server 5.5 (rampup) in ECS mode, linking to ECC6. Our External requirements, from ECC Purchase Reqs, come into SRM. We have Purchase Contracts and replicated Material masters, however automatic sourcing is not picking up the contract price (it is using valuation price in PR instead) and only getting the Vendor and creating the PO automatically. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I should mention we are using Contracts in SRM and dont plan to replicate them to ECC.

Hello Adam,
if the system is picking up the backend PIR, that means you are working with a classic scenario (backend SOS).
So you can not use SRM contracts as source of supply.
To use SRM SOS (VL, IL, CTR), you must use standalone, extended or direct procurement scenarios.
Your PO is created in SRM or directly in R/3 ?

Hi,
the system is Extended Classic Scenario - so the PO is in SRM and 'copied' to ECC. There are no PIR, Agreements etc in ECC. It just seems that for SRM5.5, it doesnt pick up SRM contract price for external requirements. It works fine for shopping carts. While debugging we found that the system actually finds the contract
(returned from function module BBP_PD_SOS_FIND) but the price which is
being returned seems to be initial.
