Employee Language vs Business User Language

which is the difference between the employee language and related business user language? How this influence the system behaviour?

Hi,

the business user language is determined from the country of the employee workplace address country (T005-SPRAS).

The business user language is used, i.e.

when there is any background job which needs to be scheduled on this user or when there is any kind of service call performed with this user as the service owner.
