Master data affected for new Tax code

Hello Experts

We have a new tax code coming through all the billing systems.

What masterdata or loads need to be considered for RMCA-BW.

Also, how to find such masterdata in SAP BW that will be affected?

If some one can help with the steps or any relevant SAP note, will hel a lot

Hi Radhika,

at BW side there is no standard info object to load tax master data.

so if you need to maintain then you can create/generic data source based on table which holds Tax code master data at ecc side.

Data effect:

When we receive new data that won't effect your data flows.

if you have master data then changes will be moved to bw thru daily loads and overwritten the old data.

Master data always overwrites the data.

As per business if you need to maintain master data which is not exist in bw then you can maintain it by using generic extraction.

I am not sure on this one, but what I feel is that Tax code generally works on Conditions.

Moreover, the condition type will change depending upon the country.

Absolutely not sure, but check the below T-codes:

VK11

VK12

In MM02 we have tax classification for the material. Can you please involve func guy?
