Query output strange

we use ZH, when the query use SAP list view to output, ZH dispalys properly, but if select spreadsheet to output, then it appears strange, and it only happens for some users, some are OK, can somebody know the reason?

Hi,

If this happends to only few users, this coud be a problem related to your spread sheet or OS. Please check the settings. What method u use to output the report to spreadsheet.

Can you verify if it is the workstation or the user that is the issue? Let us say, it works for user A. Ask another user B for whom it is not working to logon to the same pc where it worked for A. If it works, then the PC of user B is the issue, may be some files are missing or the SAP GUI is not up to date.

But if the user is the issue, then it may be some authorization issue.
