Business Functions Activation required for TRM

Dear Experts,

One of our client want to use Treasury and Risk Management. I Have checked the Table VTBFHA no data is available.

Please guide which are the business functions need to be activated and what are the prerequisites steps need to perform.

Client using below release and support package.

In tx SFW5 activate ENTERPRISE EXTENSION -> EA-FS & EA-FIN .

You will have to config FSCM-TRM from there

But which are the below business functions need to activate.

Client want to use Money market , FX and securities Functions.

FIN_TRM_INS_HM

FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN

FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN_2

Read the documentation in http://service.sap.com/erp-ehp

I would use FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN and FI_TRM_LR_AN_2 but this depends on your customer.

With the ENTERPRISE_EXTENSIONS I gave before is all you need to activate FSCM-TRM

As we are newly implementing Treasury and Risk Management and before activating business functions what are the prerequisites and pre check need to perform in the existing functionalities. Please share your valuable inputs.

Hi Prasad,

To use BF mentioned you will have to upgrade ta least to EhP4.

Start with sap note 1165438 . You will have to upgrade components SAP_APPL & EA-FINSERV

Thank you so much for your response.

We have upgraded components to SAP_APPL & EA-FINSERV.

Now we need to activate business functions (FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN and FI_TRM_LR_AN_2). If we activated directly is there any impact to current system and what are the pre check activities need to perform. Because i'm doing this activity first time please confirm.
