Dear Experts,
There is a STO PO for which business want to close the po from 2011 which is store to store transfer within a site.
1.The outbound delivery with transfer order posted along with the GI document posting.
2.But the GI document is got archived so they could not do the GR or reverse the GI document.
3.Physically the product is consumed but in system the stock is in transit as GR is still not done.
4.Also the stock in transit have no batch but the material was batch managed after this issue.
Could you please suggest how to cancel/reverse the stock in transit and sold the PO or any way out to get back the archived GI document?
Currently the we do a test for the scenario but it is not happening as the material is batch managed and the GI document is not in the system so GR not possible.
Please suggest.
Regards,
DK
Thanks Jurgen for your quick reply.
Only the GI material document is archived. Not the delivery document.
Can you please pin point the exact OSS note and SCN content so that it will be helpful?
Regards,
Dk

see KBA 1618453 - How to fix quantity on stock in transit (Error: M7 022 caused by small rounding amount)
and OSS note 740732 - Unable to archive STO, where deliveries are deleted/archived which has a report to remove the links to the delivery.
Both notes can be found in OSS and SCN using search term like: STO transit archived delivery
Is only the material document archived or is the delivery archived as well?
We had seen already many discussion about transit stock and archived deliveries.
I assume you get error messages when trying to receive or trying to cancel the GI.
The messages and the numbers can be used to search for OSS notes and SCN content.
And providing this information in a discussion could reduce the amount of further inquiries
