Grouper - Formatter file loading issue

Hello,

I am trying to group the information in list by using grouper.js as well would like to format the date using formatter.js as shown below. But this is not working and my understanding is it should work if the files (declared in folder "util") gets loaded @ run time.

Please help me to understand, why this folder is not getting loaded.

    

Here the "util" folder is not getting loaded. Any suggestion.

call jQuery.sap.require("sap.ui5.sflight.util....

Many Thanks Maksim, I used jQuery.sap.declare instead of "require".
