Recorded for Outbound Processing

When we are processing a XML file through XI and the status of the message is showing as 'RECORDED FOR OUTBOUND PROCESSING'.

I found that messages are queued in the SMQ2 transaction

And We have tried to register the queues in the transaction SMQR.

After that also message are queueing in the SMQ2 transction.

So we have deleted the queues and Reprocessed the file again and still the same issuse. Can any one help me to resolve this issue.
