Hello CO gurus,
Good Day!
I having problem with the posting of CGS in CO. I have searched the community regarding this and check the items that they suggest to check.
1. Check VPRS if there is an amount = there is an amount
2. VPRS is also assign for SD Conditions to value fields.
So I am wondering why the CSG is not posted.
Bur the scenario is like this:
I am using Both Basic unit of measure and sales unit
1. In SO VPRS in Basic unit of Measure which is in PC and in billing is PAA, but total amount for VPRS is the same.
My question is: could this be the problem on why the CGS is posted to CO?
Kindly advice.
Thank you very much!
Hi
Please check if you have some maintained in KE4W for the billing document type and value field for VPRS Condition type and if that is what is preventing the value to flow into COPA

Hi
1. If you are in Costing Based COPA, you don't need COGS as Cost Element
2. For Qty in Base UoM and Sales UoM, ensure you have both FKIMG and FKLMG mapped in KE4M to a separate Value Field
3. For COGS, Just VPRS condition is enough. Check your Billing doc (VF03) and see if VPRS is populated there.. If Yes, and you have mapped VPRS to a Value Field in KE4I and you have not reset it in KE4W, COGS will flow to COPA 100%

Hi Ajay,
1. we are costing based
2. FKIMG and FKLMG are already mapped in separate value fields
3. VF03 VPRS is populated,
VPRS is assign in KE4I
not reset in KE4W
It should flow to COPA right...but problem it is not populated.
I have also check the user exit for COPA0002 and there are not conditions there for COPA flow...
Do you have any other items that I may check?
