Upload General Task List IA05

Hi All,

Below is the requirement for upload general tasklist, But i am not able to know how can i go ahead for uploading Task list as per given below requirement .

1. Needs to create single LSMW for task list or 3 Lsmw?

2. In Which way need to create IBIP structure if there is no tool IBIP.

Please let me know step by step according to below structure (Having 3 Headings...... 1 Header level 2 Operation level 3 Long text)
