ECM - Portal Calculation Base column

Hi guys,

For Enterprise Compensation Management module, there is a column "Calculation base" which represents the base for salary increase or bonus. By default, this column is always filled in by the annual salary of the employee.

In my project, I need to have the monthly salary.

Do you have an idea if there is a particular setting to change that or I have to change the actual function module which calculated the "Calculation Base?
