Hi Experts,

The leave approval page is not appearing from UWL in MSS, It is showing below error.

Critical Error
A critical error has occured. Processing of the service was terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.
Contact your system administrator.

Read of object with ID portal_content/com.sap.pct/srvconfig/com.sap.pct.erp.srvconfig.ess.employee_self_service/com.sap.pct.erp.srvconfig.lea/com.sap.pct.erp.srvconfig.fpmapplications/com.sap.pct.erp.srvconfig.LeaveRequestApprover failed.


Kindly find the attachment for error screen snap.

We have assigned the permissions as per note: 939412 but the error still persists.

When we assign Super admin role to the user it's working fine but we should not assign the Super admin role to that user.

Please advice, your response will be appreciated.

Issue was resolved by giving same permissions to the FPM applications folder.

u have to assign to both ess and mss folders in srvconfig and check again

We have assigned Read permission to both folders, Still the issue is persists.

Please suggest on next steps.

I think this issue might be related to the permission settings

Can you assign the "Everyone Group" with the required permissions to the portal object which is throwing the error and then if the error is still seen or not.

Thanks for your response.

I have assigned the permissions as Read and checked the end user for Everyone group.

But the error is still persist.

Kindly let me know the steps for resolving this issue.
