while assigning the firefighter id to the owners the firefighter id is not displaying in the search panel?

HI Manoj,

Please check the role which is maintained in the Configuration Setting i.e 4010 is assigned to the FFID.

Make sure you run synchronization jobs mean Repository Sync.

Execute GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC with corresponding connector.

Make sure connectors and connectors settings properly configured.

Check in table GRACUSER whether FFID is available in AC System or not

We are also facing the same issue. FFID role is maintained in plug in system for parameter 4010. Also, I ran the sync job and FFID is visible in GRACUSER table but still not visible in NWBC. When I try to assign owner or controller, I cannot see FFID. Please advise.

sorry to ask you this kind of question, but it matters some time,

have you maintained FFIDs in NWBC before assigning to Owners.

As Gretchen said. you need to assign role to firefighter ID which you have maintained in parameter 4010. Then check following:

1>> Make sure your FF ID's are service user.

2>> Run repository full sync job then go to SM37 and verify if user Sync is successful

3>> review SLG1 log.

Did you confirm that the new Firefighter ID has the identifier role assigned? That would be easy to miss,

i have followed the below steps,

i have created the users with authorizations and have defined the ffowner and controller and i maintained the parameters 4000 as id based and in 4010 i defined the userid which i want to be firefighter id, then finally i did repository sync and while assigning the ffid to owner the id is not displaying in the search panel.

So the Firefighter ID has the authorizations it needs to perform the expected tasks, but have you yet done what I specifically suggested, reviewing the roles assigned to the Firefighter ID to verify that the ID has the identifier role assigned?

Hi,

We have configured FFID role in plugin system for parameter 4010. I ran the sync job and FFID is also visible in GRACUSER table but still I am unable to see it in NWBC.

We are on GRC 12.0 SP5. This issue is in dev system whereas for prod it is working fine. Please provide your inputs.
