I have a message open on this to find out what the intended behavior is without "Dynamic Scaling". As I understand it it adjusts the y-axis to address the min and the max across a broader range then what is visible based on current zoom level and scroll position.
But dynamic scaling does auto-scale based on what is visible right now and this way exagerates the current differences in the values as much as possible.
Both of them do scale each measure individually and only show its scale when it is selected.
Thanks for sharing your examples with screenshots!
