Check out attached best practice links. There are documents explaining basic setup for EWM in S4H. You need to create logical system for S4H system & a dummy logical system for EWM referring to S4H RFC destination. With this inbound outbound queues are managed. Inbound delivery created in ECC will again come back to same S4H system as EWM inbound delivery. Hope this helps.
