Hi,
Have used SOST tcode to trace recipient of PO document for internal sending via Microsoft outlook. Have saw the recipients there.
But some of the recipients (sap users) of PO email have not received any notification that PO has been approved in Microsoft Outlook.
Just want to know the reason why it happened and the remedies for this issue.
Thanks and regards,
Jeremiah Dollente
MM Consultant
Hi All,
Thank you for all your reply. I have used tcode SOST to if the emails have been sent to the recipients. The tcode I have used is originally assigned for basis. Our SAP Basis team found out that some emails didn't reach to some recipients because of SAP MM users' computer hardware has problems and now is fixed.

hi,
Like Jürgen said, if the traces are active and if they are shown as sent. Then you should search outside of SAP for this behaviour.
I'm guessing it has something to do with either a spam filter, or an outlook filter.
Just to be on the safe side, please check in SCOT, for outbound messages if for SMTP node an address area filter is active.
Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

if the status is green then SAP Application has done its part, the details will show that the message was send. Contact your Outlook administrator to check the logs if it was received.
