Email change in Quality Task notification

Hi Team,

On creating notification Q3 type task email triggering to X and would like to change it to Y .

Could any body help me to locate the X email id configuration or Tcode..

Hi,

You will have to check workflow details for this purpose.

However, the email will flow to assigned Partners. Check QM03-> Go to -> Partner

You can see the "Coordinator" (Subject tab) and other partners in the list. Changing this will solve the issue, but check with technical team on the workflow details.

Thank you for the info and it is helpful and observed qm03 as in tasks tab person responsible with numbers  777888 and would like replace with 111222 .

So that on next time creation of notification it will update with 111222 , please guide on this with T code.
