GR55 Report

Hi ,

I have created a report in GRR1 and now every thing looks good . But I have below 2 requirment

1) I have create one columm with formula and  when i download the report it always has more then 3 decimal places where i need 2 only .

2) The above column is % column and i would like to have % in front of every calcuation . like it should display 34% in report .

Hi Preety

Did you default the decimal places in the GRR1 ? If not, can you do that using "Number Format"

On (2), I did not understand. can you give screenshot?

are you saying the % should not show infront of every row, but only the rows in which you did calculation? If yes, you can double click on the cell and make it specific to that

For (2) I have tried this myself and concluded that there is no way we can do this

If it is possible, I will be glad to learn

For (1) - You can do it in the FORM (Recommended) or After executing the report, as Rajneesh Said.. In this case, you need to save the report definition using the 1st Menu > "Save Definition". but this will be a local change for the User.. Doing it in FORM will make it applicable to all

Hi

After running report go to settings at main menu-column attributes and change decimal places there to '2'.
