Hi Experts,
I have to integrate a BI report in cloud for customer screen. For this i have planned to create a Mashup.
In the BI report, filters are available for further selections. When the report is viewed in the BI system, the user clicks the filter button and a pop up opens up, which will be used to enter the filter criteria. This all happens fine in webGUI. My issue is, when the report is displayed in C4C system, clicking the filter button does not cause any action (pop up or any other). Is this possible in C4C system for the filter button to work the way it works in BI system? Please see the image posted here from the webGUI, which shows the pop up.
Any insight will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
