Tried. But it is not the contact person of customer.

I want to include  Attention To (customer contact name) in the Balance Confirmation.

In addition, SAP confirmed that customer contact person cannot be added with Easy Form Editor. We tried with Adobe Life Cycle Designer also. Still no success.

We need customer contact as attention. This is like a critical requirement.
