P_ORGIN Synchronisation between SU24 and SU21

Hi all,

On our SAP system (Basis ver. 7.40, SP level 0008, SAP_HR 6.17 SP level 0014) I have an authorization that includes the transaction UG_HR_PPOSE. The authorization has been live for about 2 years without any problems. Lately though, when entering the role in transaction PFCG, I receive an error message that P_ORGIN is asynchronous between the values defined for the transaction and the values defined for the authorization object.

The values for P_ORGIN for tcode UG_HR_PPOSE are defined as:

INFOTYP

INFTY

ISTAT

OTYPE

PERSA

PERSG

PERSK

PLVAR

PPFCODE

SUBTY

SUBTYP

TCD

VDSK1

(I find it a bit strange that there are two fields for each of Infotype and Subtype...)

The values for P_ORGIN as suggested in the PFCG are:

INFTY

SUBTY

AUTHC

PERSA

PERSG

PERSK

VDSK1

Now, the error message says that the two should be synchronized... And I tend to agree...

But how to make this synchronization? And why are the fields not identical?

I found the solution! In SAP Note 1539556 FAQ Administration of authorization default values. In section A it says the following:
