Best alternate technology for CMS content

Hi All,

We want to migrate CMS contents into an alternative technology.

The first suggestion was to migrate into WPC.

But unfortunately our portal is in NW 7.4 SP09,

and in this version we are facing compatibility issues while trying to launch a CMS page from within an Ajax Framework Page, in IE 11, Standards mode (with browser document rendering mode 'EDGE'), which is our requirement.

So we are looking for other alternative approaches.

We need to support the following content elements:-

1. Header
2. Teaser
3. Text
4. Image
5. List Element
6. Application URL element
7. page layout with Columns

We need to support the following administrative elements:-

1. User rights
2. Author rights
3. Versioning
4. Internationalization

Please share some pointers for the most suitable technology for this scenario.

Regarding the rendering issue you are facing with Internet Explorer, can you please refer to the below scn document and carry each of the steps given in it.
