Need to restart J2EE

Hi everyone.

I have a serious doubt. I have 'running' 35 messages, waiting to check some data in R3. This process is running every 3 hours.

I also made some changes in a RFC. In order to 'see' the changes in the R3, i have to restart J2EE engine.

The doubt is .. what's going to happen with the 30 messages that are currently running? Will i loose them if i make a restart of J2EE ?
