The values of 'Ordered' , 'Delivered' and 'Still to Deliver' in the PO header under 'Status' tab do not match?

I created a PO for value 100. And then the GR/IV has been performed for 30. Remaining quantity is 70. But the values in the PO header 'Status' tab are as follows:-

1. Ordered                        100

2. Delivered                      30

3. Still to be Delivered    60

I have the checked the value for non-deductible tax but cant figure out the reason for the missing 10 qty.

it explains the logic to update the field.

Hi Dibyendu,

Thank  you . I read the note and it seems to explain the reason as 2 line items have been deleted in the PO and are marked statistical. So may be the Status tab has not been updated properly.Is there no way we cant correct it?

Hi,

   Could you please check MD04 for the material and check the open quantity for the item. If its showing wrong, please check the KBA: 2044484 - Troubleshoot to EKET, EKES, EKBE table inconsistencies. Also let us know whether there is multiple GR and cancellation.

   In addition, if its a service PO, refer the KBA: 1752475 - "Still to be delivered" displays the wrong value in ME23N. A similar issue for return PO is mentioned in the PO: 1928120 - Wrong 'Still to deliver' value upon the cancellation of a return or for a partially posted...

   If the issue is still not resolved, revert back with your release details with EHP and screenshots from PO history and status tab.

Dear Meetika,

What i believe is, system will not change the quantity in STILL TO DELIVER until and unless you do 105. If you do 103 it will remain shown in STILL TO DELIVER tab. Please cross check your goods movts.

What about status on invoiced quantities?
