Date Range for Limit Shopping Carts in SRM 7.02

Classic Scenario: 1. Create a Limit SC with Between Dates (date Range) with a sUpplier 2. PO is created in BE only with a delivery date. I would like to get the date range in the header of the PR and PO. Thoughts!

Hello,

Actually the transfer of the "validity end" field from SRM to ECC depends on the PO type defined in ECC.

In SRM, SC can use the "from - until" dates.

If you transfer shopping cart to backend system to create an ECC PO, (standard settings) "NBF Purchase order" will be created.

In this type only one delivery date will be displayed (start date of SRM document).

However, you can customize this.

Please check the same in your ECC customizing via the path below:

1) Transaction OLME -> Purchase Order -> Define Document Types:

   >>> Field Selection Key

2) Transaction OLME -> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level

   >>> check the "Administrative data, header":

       Start of validity period

       Validity period end

Doing this customizing, fields "Validity start" and "Validity end" will be displayed in ECC PO header and they will display the shopping cart date range.

Otherwise, only the start date will be transferred from SRM shopping cart to ECC purchase order.

This is valid when creating a PO directly from shopping cart.

If you have SC -> PR -> PO, then delivery date range will not be transferred from SC to PR.

PR header does not have such information.
