Hello All,

I am getting error "This entry already exists in the following tables '' por1" while updating PO.

Scenario:

We have PO with 1 item eg: 1234-001 with 30K Qty with price 0.5. Out of 30K, we have received 20K.

Now for remaining 10K I want to change to Price 0.45.

I am trying change Qty from 30k to 20K and duplicate 1 more row with 10K qty with price 0.45, but system is giving me above error.

Please help me with any solution for this.

Dear Hitul,

First add new row with the same item code and update the Purchase Order. Then again open this Purchase order and change the quantity of Old Row. Hope this will help.

Hi Hitul,

I agree with Rahil's approach, do one change at a time.
An alternative to changing the quantity, is closing the row after you have added the new row at the new price.
