Hi Atif,

The issue is resolved from my end. Actually our Database memory is set 13 GB where our RAM capacity is 12 GB. So consumption of SQL Server itself is almost 92 to 95 % CPU Usage and also utilization of full RAM, thus resulted slowness of the System.

I changed the Memory size of DB to 6 GB which resolved our issue.

Hello Satyardha,

Could there be any problem with DB?

Can you check DB logs, alerts?

What about disk free space?

Hi,

When I am running SUM, it looks fine. But when it reaches to DBCLONE step, Initially it looks fine but later our server became too slow for accessing. When I checked CPU utilization, it is 100% , and physical memory is almost 99%. Total Ram size of our server is 12 GB but it is occupying complete memory at this phase.

From begining I could see CPU utilization and Memory usage almost from the beginning of start of SUM but sever is becoming too slow at DBCLONE step.

Is this issue is because of complete memory usage of RAM? Is CPU and RAM usage impacts the SUM if the utilization is full? Can you please help me on this

As of now, I am running at Pre processing phase and Drive has still 18 GB space, I think this would be enough for running the SUM fine,

Does we have any recommended values for RAM that required to run SUM?

Can anyone please help me on this.
