revision level different between Material master and purchase orders

Hello,

We have an issue with a wrong revision level triggered into a purchase order.( at the PO creation)

the correct revision level is set in the material master but the PO triggers a wrong one and we do not have the possibility to change it and save the purchase order.

Does someone would know how to solve this issue ?
